There are many things that encourage people to access support. Sometimes, it is that lived-in memory that you just cannot seem to move past. Other times, it is something new you experience or discover about yourself. Whatever your reason is, you can be sure that you will be listened to, respected, and supported to reach your goals. Anxiety, phobias, and episodes of panic.
Depression, grief, and loss.
ADHD, attention and organisation related issues.
Adjustment to change and growth through various stages.
Stress and trauma related challenges, including work-related stress.
Interpersonal challenges, communication, and social skill building.
Parenting improvement and coaching using Triple P in combination with other behavioural, and attachment-based models.
You will work collaboratively with your psychologist to develop a plan to get you towards the life you want to live.
Our Fees.
Individual Sessions
$225.00
NDIS Participants
$214.41
Medicare.
If you are eligible for a Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plan, you will receive 6 Medicare-rebated sessions, reducing your out-of-pocket cost. Following a MHTP review, you may be eligible to receive 4 additional sessions.
Private Health Insurance.
Private health insurers may rebate part of the cost of psychological consultations however your rebate amount will depend on your insurer and coverage. Contact your health insurance provider for further information.
Recommended Fees.
The APS (Australian Psychological Society) publishes a recommended schedule of fees as a guide for psychologists providing private psychology services. The 2023-2024 Recommended Schedule of Fees has set the standard 45 to 60 minute consultation fee at $300.00.
