Teen Therapy.
Adolescents have immense natural resilience and strength. They require a dynamic approach and a safe space where they can express their feelings and needs. We work with teens aged 11 and older and their families on a range of challenges including:
Mood and emotion-related issues including anxiety, depression, and anger.
Behavioural concerns including non-compliance and aggression.
Social problems.
Mental health disorders including: anxieties and phobias, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, oppositional and behavioural disorders, intellectual disability or other neurological disorders.
Early intervention is the best management of most mental health disorders. By providing your teen with the opportunity to access support early, you are giving them the best possible start in life.

Individual Sessions

NDIS Participants
$214.41
Medicare.
If you are eligible for a Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plan, you will receive 6 Medicare-refunded sessions, reducing your out-of-pocket cost. Following a MHTP review, you may be eligible to receive 4 additional sessions.
Private Health Insurance.
Private health insurers may rebate part of the cost of psychological consultations however your rebate amount will depend on your insurer and coverage. Contact your health insurance provider for further information.
Recommended Fees.
The APS (Australian Psychological Society) publishes a recommended schedule of fees as a guide for psychologists providing private psychology services. The 2023-2024 Recommended Schedule of Fees has set the standard 45 to 60 minute consultation fee at $300.00.
